Incontro organizzato da Casa delle donne di Milano, Libera università delle donne, Rete Milanosifastoria, Unione femminile nazionale nell’ambito della VII ed. del progetto Milanosifastoria.
Il pensiero delle donne da tempo ha messo in questione problemi cruciali per la stessa sopravvivenza della specie che la pandemia ha posto sotto gli occhi di tutti. Ha indicato nella fine dello sfruttamento delle risorse naturali, degli animali umani e non umani, nella salvaguardia di tutti gli esseri viventi e delle biodiversità, nei cambiamenti di modelli di produzione e di stili di vita, vie di superamento della crisi ambientale per una società più giusta. La pandemia nella sua tragicità denuncia i limiti del progresso e del modello di sviluppo capitalistico, ci costringe ad una riflessione sull’impostazione dualistica gerarchica uomo/natura, uomo/donna, uomo/animale in cui il primo termine è superiore al secondo su cui si fondano le discriminazioni e le oppressioni della nostra società
Ci chiediamo allora: è possibile una via ecologica e femminista al cambiamento per la salvezza del nostro pianeta?
